True Beauty

A friend recently brought to my ears an update on some persecution occurring in a predominantly Islamic nation. Women who had converted to Christianity refused to wear the traditional Islamic head coverings. Some were angered by this and threw acid on these women's faces. They have truly suffered for the freedom in Christ. But their scars are a mark of true beauty. How captivating these women are to the Lovers of their souls! For though their outward appearance has been marred the beauty of their souls shines all the more bright and glorious. This is true beauty.
